As Founder & CEO of The TK Group, my mission has always been bigger than real estate transactions. I’m passionate about building people, developing leaders, and helping agents create businesses that give them freedom—not just another job.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, I’ve spent my entire adult career in sales. I entered real estate in 2021, quickly fell in love with the industry, and never looked back. What started as a career change grew into a vision for something much bigger: creating a real estate team where ambitious agents could have the coaching, systems, opportunities, accountability, and community they need to truly grow.

Today, I’m proud to lead The TK Group at eXp Realty, a team of 40+ agents across multiple markets producing more than $40 million in annual sales volume and 200+ transactions each year. Along the way, I’ve earned eXp Realty ICON Agent twice and have had the opportunity to coach and mentor agents across multiple states.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

I believe real estate can completely change someone’s life when they have the right environment, mindset, and people surrounding them. Everything we build at The TK Group comes back to one mission: helping agents become the best version of themselves while building businesses, they’re genuinely proud of.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud Louisiana native, former Ragin’ Cajun cheerleader, Yorkie dad to Cruz, and fiancé to my beautiful fiancée. At the end of the day, I believe success is about building a life you love—and helping the people around you do the same.
