Before stepping into real estate, I spent more than 20 years in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, building teams, developing talent, and helping people take the next step in their careers. Today, I bring that same experience to The TK Group, where I focus on agent attraction, onboarding, development, and growth—helping agents build businesses they’re proud of while creating a strong, supportive team culture.

As a Realtor® with eXp Realty, I specialize in relocation, new construction, buyers, and sellers, with a strong focus on Cypress, Bridgeland, Northwest Houston, Katy, Tomball, Hockley, Magnolia, and surrounding communities. As a Chicagoland transplant myself, I especially love helping families relocating to Texas navigate not just buying a home, but finding the community and lifestyle that truly feels like home.

I’m proud to have capped with eXp Realty during my first year in real estate, a milestone that reinforced something I’ve believed throughout my career: relationships, consistency, hard work, and the right systems make all the difference.

When I’m not doing real estate, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, our two teenage boys, and our two dogs—because behind all the titles, transactions, and growth goals, family will always be my favorite part of life.
