As the Onboarding Manager for The TK Group, I have the privilege of helping our newest agents navigate their first 60 days with the team. From getting acclimated and learning our systems and resources to building confidence and knowing exactly where to turn when questions come up, my goal is simple: no agent should ever feel like they have to figure it all out alone.

I’m also a producing Realtor® with The TK Group at eXp Realty, and many people know me by another name—The Cookie Realtor®. 🍪 What started with my love for baking and serving people has grown into a recognizable real estate brand and the Cookie Tour, where fresh-baked cookies, beautiful homes, and real estate education come together. Because, let’s be honest… house hunting is just better with cookies!

My own real estate journey is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping new agents. During my first year with The TK Group, I sold more than $1 million in volume, followed by more than $2 million during my second year. I’m incredibly proud of that growth, but I’ll also be the first to tell you—I didn’t do it alone.

The TK Group has played a tremendous role in my growth both personally and professionally. Having the right leadership, systems, support, accountability, and people around me helped me build confidence and take my business to another level. Now, as Onboarding Manager, I get to help new agents take advantage of those same resources and create their own path to success.

As a God-fearing woman, I believe what I do is about far more than transactions or sales numbers. For me, it’s about people, relationships, serving others, and creating opportunities for the people around me to grow.
